Neon “Still Into You” Pink & Orange Split Dye

Hayley Williams is a hair goddess, that I am sure we can agree on. So, inspired by her hair in the music video for Paramore’s “Still Into You,” I decided to copy it but with a twist: using neon UV-reactive dye.

I’ve always wanted to use UV-reactive dyes, and figured why not do it on already bright hair. The challenges were: 1) where do I get a UV light (I eventually found a cheap one online), and 2) my base was not a perfect blonde.

I was initially going to use Porange from Arctic Fox but it was sold out, and my friend recommended Iroiro. I’ve only used the latter’s shade of 130 Silver dye before and was pleased with the results, so I went and got myself a pouch of their orange UV dye.

Dyes used:

Arctic Fox in Electric Paradise
Iroiro in 320 Neon Orange
